Sabbir Ahmed is currently doing a Bachelor in Accounting at Monash University, so he really doesn’t know what he is doing on this website full of journalists.

But one thing he does know is football (or should we say soccer), and that’s exactly what all his writings for NewsHit will be about.

A diehard Ipswich Town supporter, Sabbir roots for Chelsea in the English Premier League because of the money. He also plays for his local futsol team, 'The Box Hill Take Away'.

Sabbir is a regular contributor to many soccer related radio shows such as BBC’s 'World Football Phone-In' and SEN’s 'The Four Diegos'.

As it is too late for him to change courses and go into journalism from accounting, in his next life he plans to work for The Guardian as a football correspondent.
